Pete

Colors play a role in many facets of his life.

As a freelancing tattoo artist, Pete has been passionately putting tattoo ink under the skin of tattoo enthusiasts since 2019, a very inspiring year for him. They want to create a special and unique work of tattoo art or mourning tattoo together with the team at Holy Nail Tattoo.

However, his guiding vision for this artistic service is to design it far away from the atmosphere of mass processing and consumer orientation in such a way that a total work of art is created that is individually tailored to the customer.

Truthfulness, autonomy and authenticity.

Therefore, Pete chooses his customers and their motives consciously and carefully. He prefers to forego the pursuit of success and prestige, because he has exchanged these false motivations for truthfulness, autonomy and authenticity in order to be able to fulfill his guiding vision. His primary concern is the customer and the overall work of art, and for this he takes a piece of man's most important resource... time! In plain language, that means: fewer customers, but significantly more quality and individuality.

Scientific perspective.

A tattoo artist with a unique combination of skills, Pete brings a scientific perspective and creative passion to each of his designs. With a background as a Dipl. Financial economist and computer scientist, who works in a large data center of the NRW state government, began his journey with a solid education in classical business administration (BWL) and economics (VWL) through an apprenticeship at a large paint manufacturer.

Heart and Volunteering.

He believes that choosing a tattoo artist is about more than just finding someone who can draw well. It's about finding someone who has the right mix of education, creativity and a deep understanding of both the art and the science behind it. His goal is to combine technical precision with artistic expression and create tattoos that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also thoughtful and designed with heart.

Additionally, through his volunteer work as a Pete has developed a specialization in mourning tattoos at a hospice service. These very personal works allow him to help clients remember loved ones and provide them with a healing and meaningful process through art.
